After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance at Monash University in Melbourne in 2019, Sam returned to Singapore to pursue a career in the finance sector. After several years working as a banker, he found himself reminiscing about his time as a part-time bartender in Melbourne and the passion he had developed for the craft.

Taking a leap of faith, Sam made the bold decision to leave the banking world behind and pursue bartending as a profession. Since joining Night Hawk in 2024, he has quickly established himself as one of Singapore’s promising emerging talents, representing the bar in numerous competitions and bringing with him a unique blend of discipline, curiosity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
