One of Singapore’s long-serving hospitality personalities, Peter is a familiar face within both the local and international bartending community. With 22 years of experience in the F&B industry, his journey into craft bartending began as part of the opening team at 28 HongKong Street, where he went on to achieve numerous accolades for both the venue and himself.

Peter later joined Proof & Company, where he was involved in menu and concept development, spirits curation, and staff training and education for venues across Asia. Prior to the pandemic, he served as the Asia Brand Ambassador for Diplomático Rum, where he was responsible for the brand’s growth, development, and education across the region.

Today, Peter is the Director of Composed Concepts, which owns and operates Night Hawk and Five Oars Coffee Roasters Heritage in Singapore, as well as The Common Measure in Chengdu, China. Through his work, Peter continues to explore the intersection of hospitality, creativity, and the ever-evolving craft drinking culture across Asia.
